We are calling YOU into a 9-month initiation to prepare you for your most soulful and satisfying role, especially if this involves empowering other women to shine with their full brightness and be able to co-create with others—including men.

To make the larger Shift in our world will require a powerful network of awake, embodied, clear women leaders who can, in turn, help other women stand fully in their power, love, and service.

In turn, these women can stand with powerful, sacred noble men in partnership to create a template for the new humanity.
We have seen that some processes of healing, initiation and empowerment are better done with other sisters; the love and power released can be astonishing. That’s why we are launching the Soulful Women Certificate program.

In the course of 9 months, those who are initiated will be powerfully prepared to serve their highest role in the world and live from their soulful depths. And for those who are ready to commit to developing their own capacity to facilitate others, they will become certified Soulful Women leaders who can offer their own work in partnership with The Shift Network.

This program is for women who have been on a path of personal transformation for many years and want to go to the next level. It’s for those looking to play a leadership role in their local communities, especially in unleashing the next wave of feminine leadership. If you are a coach, healer, facilitator, or community-builder and dream of creating circles of empowerment, healing, and awakening for women, we are calling you to this unique 9-month program.

You’ll learn sacred practices to sustain you, skills to lead your work in the world, and how to become part of a global movement of conscious change.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What are the retreat dates for the Diamond Members?

• October 13-17, 2011.  Public Soulful Women Retreat.  We encourage Diamond Members to attend this Public Retreat.  You could use your complimentary Diamond VIP ticket for this retreat if you choose.
• January 26-30, 2012.
• April 5-9th, 2012.
• June 15-18, 2012. (This is the public Embraced by Love retreat which is not a formal part of the Diamond Program. But you could use your VIP ticket for this retreat if not used in October.
• August 16-20, 2012.

For each reterat, registration will open starting at 4pm, so you can check into your room and get settled in for the weekend.  At the end of the retreat,  we will complete with lunch from 12:30-1:30pm.  Folks can plan to leave anytime afterwards.

Can you give us more information about the collaborative ventures that are accessible to Diamond-Level Members?

As we get to know our Diamond Members and the offerings you are making in the world, there will likely be ways that we will choose to highlight your work within our own client bases. For example, if you are stepping out as a public speaker and your  topic is relevant to our audience, we may offer you a speaking slot at a panel at one of our Inspiring Women Summits. 

If you are offering a relevant product or service, you may be invited to give a presentation at one of our workshops or retreats.  Or we may choose to highlight your work to a segment of our email lists.  Alternatively, we may choose to help you out by showing-up at one of YOUR virtual tele-summits (as a bonus call, for example).  Or writing an endorsement for your work that you can use on your website.

However, we cannot guarantee the nature of these collaborations or that they will happen at all.  In order for us to endorse your work in this sort of public way, we must feel great about you and the work you are offering in the world. And it must be a fit for our audience.  Before getting to know you and your work at a deep level, we cannot say whether or not you will meet these criteria and exactly what sort of collaborative ventures might emerge. The collaborations will need to naturally emerge from the journey we take together.  That said, it is our intention to support you and highlight your work when we can authentically do so.
